First Login Instruction

• Type in your member number as Username for the website.
• Type in your New Temporary Password, which is your last name (lower case). Please see the example below (no spaces).

Example: John Smith, personal member number,
D0123. (D, zero, one, two, three)

Member Number: D0123
Password: smith

Once you login, please update your password by following the on-screen instructions.
